Consultation Services
Our consultation services are a perfect option for realtors or home owners that want to get professional help at a budget friendly cost. We customize the level of consultation based on the desire of the client. A base consultation will consist of spending a couple hours walking through the property with the client, then follow up with a detailed action plan report to properly prepare the home for sale or just improve the living environment. If desired, we can also provide services to help complete items called out on the action plan.
We offer discount services to real estate agents or investors that would like to partner with us on multiple projects.
Home Staging Consultation
Home staging consultations are perfect for realtors or home owners that want to get professional staging help at a budget friendly cost. These consultations focus on improvements that can be made on the flow and feel of a property utilizing the current furnishings and accents to give it the best appeal before sale. As an add-on service to the staging consultation, we also offer a 1/2 day or full day hands-on service option where our team comes and helps work through the action plan provide for the client. Also, if desired by the realtor or home owner, once the home is ready to market we can provide professional photos of the property to be used on the MLS or other marketing materials.
Re-Design Consultation
Re-design consultations are a perfect option for the do-it-yourself-er or for working with your own contractor or even for a realtor looking to help their clients out. The level of consultation will very depending on the clients desires. A base consultation will consist of spending a few hours walking through the property with the client and evaluating what re-designs would be beneficial and what items are not worth the investment. A follow up action plan will then be provided with a detailed proposed re-design to properly prepare the home for sale. The next level of consultation (highly recommended) is to have a follow up meeting with the client with samples of recommended finishes to help visualize the changes outlined. We can also provide services to help complete items called out on the action plan if desired.
Interior Design Consultation
Interior design consultations are a perfect option for those do-it-yourself-ers that like a budget friendly option to get a professional designer’s help on their project. With these consultations, a professional designer will spend several hours evaluating your project. This will include understanding the design styles you personally like, your lifestyle and what will be required to meet your overall style. You will receive a action plan that will include a color pallet, building material options, lighting fixtures, enhancing textures, hardware options as well as visual images of furnishings and accents to align with your style. For a more intense re-design of the home, we can provide a re-design specialist working with the designer to determine an overall cohesive plan to align with the overall style you are looking for.
